Hired a ball pit from Beyond Bounce for my sons 4th birthday party and it was a great experience! I initially had a query on the 7ft bouncy and Chris was really helpful and gave great advice. The website was really easy to use. They even confirmed their arrival time the night before with the setup being quick and easy. The delivery driver was also very friendly. The kids had an amazing time in the ball pit and loved the rocking horses, which kept them busy for hours. I highly recommend this company and the ball pit.

I had such a pleasant experience with Beyond Bounce. First of all Chris was so communicative and pleasant. He was well organised with the booking confirming with me two days before the event. This makes all the difference when stressed about planning for your child’s special 5th birthday party. The delivery men were bang on time for delivery and pick up . This again helps to eliminate the stress of waiting to see if they will arrive before your guests. Chris even threw in a few extras for us on the day of the party. I couldn’t recommend Beyond Bounce enough!! My son had a wonderful party !!

I am so happy with the service we received from Beyond Bounce! From the moment I made the booking (which was quick and hassle free), right through to the collection of the bouncy castle, everything was seamless. Unlike many other companies, they only require a small deposit, which was a refreshing change. They even delivered the bouncy castle the day before our event, which my boys loved! When Chris let me know they couldn’t provide the original theme I had booked for my son’s party, he went above and beyond by offering a different theme and extending the hire for an extra day, such amazing customer service! Set-up and collection were smooth and efficient and the whole team was friendly, polite and professional throughout. We’ll definitely be using Beyond Bounce again for future parties and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again!

Brilliant and great value service from the guys at Beyond Bounce. Lovely clean bouncy castle delivered early and set up exactly where we wanted it. Collected the day after our party by two friendly polite guys who packed it all up and took it without fuss. Will definitely use them again.

Great service! Benny was very polite and set up the night club and showed me how to use it. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. We hired the gold nightclub over the weekend. Just wanted to say I highly recommend! The nightclub was amazing for my daughter’s 16th the lights the smoke machine all brilliant. The team who came to deliver and collect were professional and friendly. 5 Stars great service!!

Chris was amazing to deal with from start to finish. We had to change venues at short notice, which meant a change in delivery time, and also needed to hire additional items for the party. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Thanks to his help and assistance, our son’s birthday party was a truly memorable experience. First time I’ve hired a bouncy castle and I can’t complain at all. Messages to confirm date, times and venue area was all polite. Delivery was very prompt, very quick and again he was very polite too.
Children loved the bouncy castle. Glad the weather held out as being outside I was very worried.

Fantastic! Good communication in the build up, booking was easy, the guys arrived to set up on time and couldn’t have been more helpful and the bouncy castle was fab! Don’t overlook the ride-on roller coaster as an add-on too- it went down so well, the children loved it!

I booked the Penalty Shoot Out at short notice, but the booking process was simple and easy to complete. They arrived with it on the day at the arranged time, very quickly set it up and were friendly and helpful, putting it in the perfect position in our garden. Also collecting the following day was a bonus as we kept it overnight. Overall a really good product that the kids really enjoyed, well worth the cost.

I would highly recommend this Beyond Bounce! The adult bouncy castle with front slide is absolutely beautiful and bigger than we anticipated! What makes it stand out (apart from the brilliant combination concept), it’s the fact that adults can also share the fun too with the disco light and music!!! Absolutely and totally Impressive!! This will blow your mind away!!!
More importantly, I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the kind and friendly Chris from Beyond Bounce ....It wasn’t about money for him , it was about customer satisfaction!! ..Took his time to explain what needed to be done, how to operate the slush machine, bouncy castle etc....We had a first class treat with perkssss! Well what can I say! Beyond Bounce was an amazing experience having them for my sons birthday party! It was very last minute that I booked with them and they made my plans for the party so easy but being so helpful! They was friendly, nice, a professional service that I will 100% be using again! Great service , I booked very last minute for my daughter and they sorted me out couldn’t recommend them enough! My daughter loved the jungle theme inflatable bool pit and soft play , all equipment was very clean !

Hired a bouncy castle for my little girl birthday but due to the wind on the day , was advise it wasn’t safe as was offer an Alternate bouncy castle but that would not fit into the hall so , we decided to hire the cones which the kids love so much I would high recommend beyond bounce as they are completely professional and will help when need ie high winds thank you for all your help making a little girl birthday go with out any problems

Had an LOL Surprise bouncy castle for my daughters birthday party. The kids loved it! Customer service was excellent, the bouncy castle arrived on time and in excellent condition. He even went above and beyond to help us secure party backdrop as it was a slightly windy day.

The Weather looked to be rubbish on the day we had a bouncy castle booked for my daughters birthday party, Chris phoned us the day before to arrange some possible alternatives for inside, he offered us the interactive Cones for the same price as the bouncy castle we had originally booked. Honestly I'm so glad the weather turned out so rubbish!! as I've never seen a bunch of kids have so much fun! The cones kept them entertained all day and even the adults joined in too.

The games were super addictive and had us in hysterics!

Lovely friendly company and would definitely use them again, very highly recommended.

absolutely incredible service, it was so lovely meeting Chris! we was behind on turning up and he just got on with setting up for us! we had the luxury princess package with the speaker and the slush machine and every thing was absolutely amazing! the slush went down a treat! all the equipment and castles were clean tidy and in great condition we had such a lovely day, and will definitely be using you for the future.

5 star equipment, service and price with very helpful staff. We hired the two Disco Bouncy Castles for our daughter's 6th birthday. She and her friends had a great time bouncing and dancing along to our music with the fab built in Bluetooth speakers and laser lights. Cannot recommend them enough and looking forward to the summer when we can get one outside in the garden for our son's birthday.
