Who installs the equipment?
Our trained delivery crew sets up everything safely. We do not allow self-installation for insurance and safety reasons.
Do you offer overnight hire?
Yes, for an added charge. For example, if you’re hiring our Disco Dome Mini for a teen’s sleepover, we can collect the next day.

How do I book?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit required. You pay in full on the day or securely in advance. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the event for a refund.

Can adults use your other equipment?
Yes, depending on the product. While most soft play and smaller inflatables are for children, our larger props and inflatables like Super Slide - BRAND NEW 14FT or Gold Night Club can be used by older teens and adults. If unsure, get in touch and we’ll make sure you get the right fit.
The basics to hiring a bouncy castle from Beyond Bounce:
1. Where can we have a bouncy castle if we hire from you? Most of our customers hire to use in their back garden although we hire to lots of venues like church halls and community centres too. In Our Summer months you can book us at local school fayres, corporate fun days and charity events too.
2. How long can we hire a bouncy castle for? In your back garden we can deliver anytime between 7am -11am and we will start collecting from 5pm in the evening. We do offer a later collection charge which is 6pm - £20 , 7pm - £30 , 8pm - £40 . If your having a evening party with one our nightclubs or perhaps a large bouncy castle for a wedding we also offer an overnight hire service for £45
3. Can i book online for a venue? Yes you can, our booing process is simple with extra questions asked about times you have the venue from and the party times too. Please leave us 1 hour to setup and pack away, this ensures a smooth delivery process in case of any traffic.
4. Can I hire a bouncy castle on artificial grass or on a hard surface like concrete and paved patios? The simple answer is no but this is only because we need to anchor the inflatable down with large pegs which can usually only be achieved on real grass. If you have artificial grass on top of grass / soil and are happy for us to peg through this, we may be able to help. If you have any type of hard surface that has flower beds around the setup area we may be able to use extension straps to secure the inflatable into soft ground.
5. Why do so many bouncy castles look so similar on your website? A lot of themed inflatables like Lilo & Stitch, Gabby's Doll House, Cocomelon or Toy Story are panels that are specifically made for our bouncy castles that can be attached using Velcro backing on to different colour inflatables with or without slides too.
6. How do we pay? There are number of different ways to pay with the most popular being a £20 deposit when booking online with the balance paid cash on delivery, we find many customers prefer the security of paying a deposit to ensure there booking is complete although you can also choose to pay the full amount cash on delivery, rest assured we will always turn up to deliver and every booking is treated the same. If your a charity, school or business we can offer payment by invoice or payment links too.
7. How much does it cost to run a bouncy castle? On average, a 1.5HP standard unit will use around £1.50 to £2.00 of electricity over 6 hours to run, though this will depend on your individual electricity supplier and tariff.

Our most popular size! These versatile inflatables fit all of our interchangeable Velcro themes — from Barbie and CoComelon to Minecraft and K-Pop. They’re ideal for 12–15 children over a party or for all-day garden fun, offering the perfect balance of space and practicality.
Bouncy Castles with Slides (up to 18ft x 15ft)
These castles combine all the fun of a standard inflatable with an added slide — available at the front or side. Measuring around 18ft x 15ft or 12ft x 18ft, they’re a huge hit at parties and school events. Just be sure to leave a little extra room for setup.
Family-Sized Bouncy Castles (15ft x 15ft)
