Delivery Requirements & Access Guidelines
Please note that the space required for each inflatable is typically larger than the unit's actual dimensions. This extra space allows for essential components such as the blower at the rear, safety mats at the front, and safe clearance for users exiting slides.
The platform height refers specifically to the height at which users begin their descent on a slide.
Access width is a big factor in all our deliveries, as inflatable units vary in size. Please ensure that the access route is clear of obstructions such as wheelie bins, bicycles, or other items.
For bookings that include bouncy castles with slides or inflatable nightclubs, side access to the property is required. We are unable to deliver these items through homes or where side access is not available.
